AMK Solution (“we”, “us”) provides WhatsApp AI receptionist bots for small businesses. This policy explains what information the bots handle.

Information we handle

Messages that a customer sends to a business’s WhatsApp number that uses our bot, and the replies the bot sends.
The customer’s WhatsApp phone number.
Details given for a booking: name, service, date and time.
Business details supplied by our clients (timings, fees, services, address).

How we use it

To reply to the customer’s questions and to record booking requests for the business.
To keep the conversation context for a short time so replies make sense. Conversation context is kept for about 6 hours and then deleted automatically.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use customer messages for advertising.

Service providers

To run the service we use: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages, Google (Gemini API) to generate replies, Cloudflare to host the bot, and Google Sheets to store booking records where a client enables this. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Booking records

Booking records belong to the business that uses the bot. They are kept for as long as that business needs them and can be deleted on request.

Your choices

You can stop messaging a business at any time. To ask us to delete your information, contact us with the phone number you used and we will delete it from our systems where we are able to.
